Paradigm was incorporated in Saskatchewan in November 1990 and employs over 110 full-time professionals. We also have an office based in Winnipeg (PCGI Consulting Services). The Paradigm Group of Companies is 100% employee-owned with approximately two-thirds of Paradigm employees being active shareholders in the companies.
