MSP Practitioner Training Course: April 16 – 20, 2012

Posted 82 days ago ago

Paradigm Consulting Group is bringing a MSP (Managing Successful Programs) Practitioner training course to Regina, Saskatchewan, April 16 - 20, 2012. MSP is a classroom-based course, delivered over 5 days, and covering the MSP framework which is based on 3 core concepts: MSP Principles, MSP Governance Themes, and MSP Transformational Flow

MSP is in use with public and private sector organizations worldwide and the experiences of those who have adopted structured program management have provided invaluable inputs into the latest edition of the guide, published in 2007. Today’s organizations exist in a climate of constant and increasing change. Organizations that have learned how to transform themselves through effective leadership and strategic control are more likely to survive and prosper.

Program management is increasingly recognized as key in enabling organizations to manage that transformation.  Where there is major change, there will be complexity, risk, many interdependencies to manage and conflicting priorities to resolve.  Adopting a program management approach such as MSP provides a structured framework that can help organizations avoid these pitfalls and achieve their goals.
