PRINCE2, PRojects IN Controlled Environments, (www.prince2.org.uk) is a process-based method for effective project management. PRINCE2 is a standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognized and used in the private sector internationally. The PRINCE2 method is in the public domain, offering non-proprietorial best practice guidance on project management.
